Enedina L.

Enedina has taken care of our daughter for the past four years, every Friday from late morning into the late evening. She is extremely talented at carefully observing a child, interpreting body language, and responding appropriately with respect and care. For four years, even through our child's illnesses or sleepless nights, Enedina only missed one day of working for us due to her own illness! She has a huge smile, lots of energy, an incredibly positive spirit, and a gigantic heart. She relies on her many years of experience having worked with a wide variety of children but also follows any guidance we give her. We all love her. She does not drive but easily navigates the city by bus. Her primarily language is Spanish but she is fluent in English. We do not speak Spanish and have never had a miscommunication with her even though we often leave her very detailed written instructions. She is very attentive and does not talk on her cell phone while taking care of children. She has also made herself available to us for occasional night and weekend babysitting as well. If you are looking for someone to keep your kids fed and safe, Enedina can do that, but she is so much more. She is really an amazing person who has brought so much joy and support to our lives over these four years. She will be a friend for life for all of us.

Enedina has always gone above and beyond what we have asked her to do. She was the only one to be able to get our daughter to sleep in a crib when she was just an infant. She has a special bond with our daughter and we trust her completely. She has brightened our lives immeasurably and will do the same for yours. She deserves a fantastic family to work for, and a fantastic family deserves someone like her.
