Was an enthusiastic mother's helper for my 7 younger siblings and babysat for the neighbors ( one family with a boy of 4 years and another family with a boy of 6 and girl of 8 years), from freshman to senior year of high school. Also frequently babysat for my nieces and nephews. Became a stepmom to a boy of 5 and girl of 8 years right through to successful adulthood (now independent and in their 30's).
