I am a childcare specialist offering more than 20 years of experience working with children as a teacher, tutor, nanny, sitter, counselor, instructor, and therapist. In addition to a wealth of experience, I hold a master's degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences and a national certificate and state license in Speech-Language Pathology. I was a professional nanny for 7 years and have also worked in infant and toddler preschools, elementary and middle schools, and summer camps. I've worked with newborns, multiple children, twins, kids of every age, kids with special needs, preteens, and adolescents. I love children of all ages, infants, toddlers and preschoolers in particular. I believe in joy and comfort, imaginative play, creative expression, and exploration. I work with children because I enjoy their perspectives and personalities. I love to engage with their interests and foster their sense of curiosity and discovery.
