Hello! My name is Evelyn and I have my BA in Photography from Columbia College in Chicago and utilize my art training to help children to think outside of the box and use their imaginations in creative and constructive ways. While in college, I babysat for a college professor part time as well as worked in a photo studio as a children's portrait photographer (ranging from ages 1-5). As a children's portrait photographer I learned how important it is for children to feel secure and safe in order to fully open up for a beautiful portrait. They are living in a big world and require a healthy amount of space to grow and security at the same time. I had been working as a professional photo retoucher for the past four years and have realized that it is not fulfilling work for me. It would be a dream to be Read more able to help a family by giving my undivided attention and care to children who are in the most fundamental and important times of learning development. I am very comfortable with preparing meals, helping with homework, bath time, taking children to activities and keeping them engaged all while keeping the house tidy. I love to cook, go on hikes and explore the world around me. My part time work includes Astrological consultation which requires a high level of empathy and listening skills as well as and math and critical thinking. I love getting lost in Joshua Tree and hiking around, photographing the beautiful scenery and looking at the stars. I'm constantly learning something new every day. I would love the opportunity to tell you more about myself and get to know you as well! Please feel free to email me or message me! Evelyn.zuel@gmail.com Thank you so much for your consideration! Evelyn Zuel
