Hello! My name is Larissa and I am a 30 year old forensic psychology masters graduate looking for a part time or occasional job in child care. I have around ten years of caregiving experience, and have spent these years as a nanny, special education teacher, teachers assistant, personal care assistant, tutor, and day training specialist. In addition, a large portion of my child care experience has been working with children with special needs, including autism, ADHD and emotional disturbances. My nannying experience has been both seasonal and full-time, and I have also provided live-in services in the past. I have worked with children from the ages of 3 to 18, but the majority of my experience has been geared towards adolescent boys. However, children are my passion and any age or gender is preferred! I love reading, baking, animals of all sorts, and any type of physical activity. I Read more love to be active and spice up life! However, my secret interest is arts and crafts, and I always have plenty of ideas up my sleeves! In addition, I have a basic understanding of Spanish and adapted American Sign Language and love to practice both.
