I recently graduated from Chapman University with a degree in Communications. I am currently living in Northern California, but working on relocating to Flagstaff within the next couple weeks (hopefully ill be settled in by February 12th). I have worked for the past 8 or so years as a camp counselor, for a few of those years I was the assistant director of one of the arts camps. Working with these camps required me to be first aid and CPR certified. I have also been lifeguard certified for I worked part-time my freshman year of college as one of the athletic pool lifeguards. I have tremendous experience taking care of children, including preparing them breakfasts, lunches, and/or dinners, making sure they are able to complete their homework, taking them on fun outdoor adventures to the nearby parks and recreation centers. I have babysat children from ages 4-14, and have been Read more responsible for four or more kids at a time. I have an absolute love for animals, and would be more than willing to take any dogs on walks or for runs in the neighborhood. I also played soccer, did gymnastics, was a highly competitive swimmer, and was a diver for my college, so being active with kids would be nothing but fun for me. I love hiking, photography, cooking/baking, drawing, and dancing (although I am not particularly good at it). I also play both the acoustic and electric guitar, as well as the ukulele, and I am also in the process of teaching myself how to play piano. If I were to be hired by you, you would never come home to a dirty house or dishes in the sink. Your children always be encouraged and assisted with their schoolwork, as well as adequately fed. If there are tasks which you need completed, such as grocery shopping, laundry, dry cleaning, etc, I would be more than happy to help you in any way possible. You would be able to depend on me for whatever came your way. I would always do my best to make sure that your needs, and your children's needs were taken care of.
