I am a 29 year old woman who grew up in the Bay Area. I started working with kids at the age of 14 working as a babysitter for neighbors. I later worked for a YMCA summer camp for five years. I was responsible for ten to twelve children at a time, getting them to activities and ensuring their camp experience was safe and fun. Most of the children were ages six to twelve but I also worked with teens. I enlisted in the Air Force and after three years of active duty service I became a full- time student. I was a nanny for a family in San Francisco for around a year and a half. I would pick the boys up from school, make dinner/snacks, take them to activities, and do some light chores. I have transferred to CSUMB and I am pursuing a degree in Kinesiology. I Read more am a responsible person who genuinely enjoys working with children.
