My past experience has been working as an after school teacher for 4th graders through YMCA. On a daily basis I took care of 20 4th graders. I helped them with homework and then usually do a group game and or craft or both if there was time. Currently I am working in an office, which I don't mind, it pays the bills. Working with children, however, is my passion. I have always enjoyed working with them and I miss it and would love to have a chance at being a nanny. I have had many years of experience working with children ages ranging from toddler to junior high in a daycare or afterschool environment. I also watched my friends two children, ages 8 and 10 during Spring Break for two weeks in the morning. I would arrive at 8 in the morning, help them with breakfast and then we would Read more play sports like tether ball or baseball or kickball. We also would have fun and play with their new puppy that they had. Then, I would prepare lunch for them and hang out until their mom came home shortly after finishing up lunch around 1 in the afternoon. Some of my favorite activities to do with children are playing games, sports, and crafts. In my free time I like to hang out with friends, read, write and do puzzles. Hobby Lobby is one of my favorite stores around here, so many things to look at and create.
