Hello my name is Stephanie and I currently work at an elementary as an assistant teacher for children with special needs in head start. I currently have my CPR certification and have years of experience with kids. My first time working with children's and teens was when I was 18, I volunteered at a church and did the teen group every week for 3 years. I over saw 10 students at a time when we would go on a three day retreat away from home. Afterword, I started working as a caregiver for children and adults with special needs/ disabilities. I think that's where I learned patience, understanding, time management, and most of all the importance of loving what you do. I've worked with all kinds of children teens and adults.
