I have sent two polite notes to this nanny, as she speaks French and we are a francophone family. She cannot even be bothered to reply, even just to say that she is not interested or is already working for another family. I know she read the messages because she signed onto the website both times within hours of my messages being delivered. Not having the decency to send a "thanks, but, no, thanks" courtesy message speaks to her character, in my opinion, as it is extremely impolite. One has to wonder what other impolite things she does and may inadvertently teach children.
