To Whom It May Concern, If you are looking for someone to take care of your child/children, please consider Stephanie. She has been wonderful to our twins and they really love her. Stephanie cared for our 3 children (7,3.5,2) while I was doing military reserve duty. Since I'm a SAHM, the kids aren't used to having a babysitter all the time. From the moment Stephanie met the children during our interview, the kids were totally comfortable with her. Her warm, loving, playful demeanor puts them at ease. My 7 year old can be a handful and likes to test the waters with new babysitters. Stephanie made sure he knew who was boss in a kind and firm way, and has developed a great working relationship with him. She has followed my instructions to the letter, made some executive decisions in the face of an emergency, and did an amazing job being "mom" to my kids so I could do my job with confidence that they were well cared for.

We interviewed Stephanie for a nanny position and loved her. She was warm, caring, knowledgeable and fun. My daughter took to her immediately and I could tell that Stephanie adored my daughter. She is also extremely professional, was very upfront about her expectations for the job yet very flexible and willing to discuss and find a solution to any scheduling issues. She has impeccable references and as an ex-preschool teacher, I could tell right away that she would help to further my daughter’s development. We really wanted to hire her but couldn’t afford her.
