Hi! My name is Cheryl and I am a 47 year old Mom whose "baby" is now 14 years old. I am looking to lovingly provide baby care or child care to a family who would love my help! My ideal family would need help long-term…I am looking for a family that I could grow with and really become a part of their child's lives! I am currently providing care for a wonderful family with 2 little girls, 20 months and 5 years old. This position is only until June, however, so I would be available to start with my new family at that time. I'm loving my time with the girls! The toddler is extremely inquisitive and we spend our mornings "gardening"...which means picking up rocks and sticks and mixing them with water, hugging bugs, and painting rocks with water colors! We've created many spectacular masterpieces! Once home and after quiet time with a snack, the 3 of us will often walk over to the little creek near the house and visit with the ducks, maybe have a race or two, and take pictures of flowers on my phone and then come home and try to draw them! They are a joy to be around and I will be sad when my time with them comes to an end. Before I decided to be a stay-at-home Mom, I was a personal trainer at an athletic club. I had the most wonderful clients and even helped out in the kid's classes and in the Child Care department. It was a very healthy atmosphere, and I had a ball playing with the kids and helping them with their activities. I am very active and lead a very active lifestyle. I enjoy cooking and preparing healthy meals. I love being outdoors and will spend quality time with your little ones playing, hiking and taking long walks!
