I am a mother of two college graduates (in their 20s), and I was a stay-at-home mother throughout their entire childhood. I also worked as a Teacher's Assistant at a preschool for 5 years, which is where I realized how I much I enjoy working with children as a profession. My experience for those years was with children aged 2 1/2 to 5. Most recently, I have been working as a 4th/5th grade Art teacher for the LAUSD, and as a live-out nanny after school for a family with two boys aged 7and 3. Bringing creativity into others' lives is my main goal because I feel it helps heal the spirit. I incorporate it in every part of my life as much as possible, from cooking to art to music.
