Frances was very punctual and great when I had to change my schedule last minute due to work. She was a a kind and caring sitter. I had a somewhat different parenting philosophy where she was more "Ferber"/hands off/independent method type while I really believe in attachment parenting with a lot of engagement. We decided to part ways when I discovered she was watching TV while the baby was in a separate room (awake), and unattended. Our baby was in her care starting at 3 months and is now 5 months.
I have been babysitting a 7 year old little girl since she was 4 months old and she has become like my own daughter. I actually don't believe in the Ferber method, if anything I am the total opposite. I love to hold and cuddle with babies. After I had just fed, and changed the baby, held him for a while, put him in his walker, and then finally put him down to look up at his mobile which he loved, I sat down to watch a net flex movie which was offered to me, and that is why I have received this review. I guess she felt that leaving a baby in their bed alone is leaving them unattended. I am a great babysitter, and I love to help out the parents by doing laundrey and keeping the house tidy, without even being asked. I have excellent references.
