Jade was our nanny for over a year starting when my daughter was 6mo old and I was returning to work full time. She is loving and gentle and I always felt like my daughter was nurtured, safe and cared for. Jade was also very helpful in helping me run my house - she helped with prepping dinner for the family, dishes, laundry, organizing toys, etc. We wanted a nanny that would feel invested in our family and she definitely developed a great bond with our daughter and we always felt like she cared for all of us - not just my daughter. We love Jade!
