Hello and thank you for choosing to view my profile! About Me: I'm 23 years old and have been a nanny/caregiver for four years. Though I've been babysitting since I was old enough to it seems. I love working with children because I enjoy being a part of their lives. Children need guidance an to experience an array of life. That's why I like doing all sorts of activities with children, reading, coloring, walks, playing games, and of course making up fantastic stories. I've also worked as a tutor so if your child is in school and needs help with homework, I'm happy to offer me expertise. Experience: I have primarily worked with younger children. Newborns to age 5. My first job as a nanny was actually with a family I knew personally who had just had another child and needed extra help around the house. I worked with them Read more for the first year of the child's life until they moved away. I'm very comfortable providing the structure little ones need, while still encouraging them to explore and find them selves. I'm CPR certified, which includes infant care, and can provide proof if asked. As a care provider I have experience caring for children with special needs. If your child need extra attention, please talk to me about their needs and I will be glad to help. I live near Lake Merritt, but have a very safe vehicle, and am always happy to travel or pick children up from school. Sadly I am busy with school right now, so I'm only looking for families that need help two days a week, Tuesday and Thursday. Occasional weekend help, or date night sitting is of course part of the job. I can be flexible with hours for now and in the summer would have open availability. Pay Note* It makes us write in some increase for multiple children. I normally charge $15/hour and $20 for more difficult case, for example taking care of multiple children, house sitting or animal sitting as well as nanny care, etc.
