I was very disappointed in Dominique. Not only did she not show up at the time we decided upon, but she also did not ring or email of any cancellation - nor did she ever followed up. I feel this shows poor work ethics and a general lack of respect. We changed an entire day around for this appointment, and it was the weekend!
