I am a responsible, caring, energetic person with a personality that easily adapts to anyone's needs. Whether you're looking for a babysitter, a nanny, or a companion for the elderly, I am the woman for you! Though I've never done it for pay, I have a ton of experience taking care kids as well as the elderly. Six nieces and nephews, most of whom I knew before they were born, have taught me a lot about being responsible and playful all at once. I'm creative and curious, so I have a very childlike side to me and have no problem playing in the dirt with your kids or taking them to museums or painting with them. I have a passion for learning and helping others learn and create! I also took care of my grandpa frequently until he passed away last year. I would spend time with him, help him Read more clean, balance his checkbook and take care of finances and other business, run errands for him, take him to doctor's appointments, clean his hearing aids, clean/care for his medical needs, and anything else he needed. We'd do a lot of things for fun, too - go out to lunch, walks (until he was no longer able to), movies (until he was no longer able to), grocery shopping, and so much more. Through him and my other grandparents, I've learned a lot about patience, love, and the joys of life. I love listening to stories from their youth and it always thrilled and moved me deeply when they would share their wisdom with me. I cherish every moment, and if you are looking for a companion I am an excellent listener, talker, and am always up for an activity (whether it's outdoors and vigorous or a relaxing game of cards, I'll do it all). I am an excellent cook and baker, and I make just about everything from scratch. If your loved one has a special diet, I have no problem finding delicious and healthy recipes to suit their needs and preferences. I am very familiar with vegetarian, vegan, paleo, low carb, and gluten-free cooking (or any combination thereof), but I can also make those deep-fried or sugar-coated and chocolate-covered delicacies we all wish were calorie-free. ;) I have no problem doing cleaning, either. I love animals, so if you've got pets, I'll get along great with them (experience with dogs, cats, birds, goats, chickens, cows... I love all animals). I have a reliable car that can safely seat myself and up to four passengers, so I am able to take you and/or your loved ones on outtings or errands or to appointments with no issues.
