In the past, I have babysat for multiple families starting at an early age. This past summer, I was a nanny for a family of three during the week. The children ranged from 5 to 12 years of age. I was responsible for driving the children to different activities such as: swim lessons, play dates, and sporting events. Along with these responsibilities, I also cooked for the children two-three times a day and came up with daily age appropriate games/activities. The parents and I put together a daily reading and writing schedule to ensure continuous learning throughout the summer. As for myself, I love being active and outdoors. Some of my hobbies are: going to the beach, hiking, and paddle boarding. I am currently on the Warburg College Track and Field Team. This is where I have developed a great work ethic and learned how to multitask school and extracurricular Read more activities. I have a passion for children and this is why I know my major is the perfect fit for myself. I will be available from the beginning of June to the middle of August as a full time nanny. I will begin my student teaching towards the end of August; therefore, I will need to be back for Kindergarten Orientation.
