Currently I am working towards my BA in Early Childhood Education w/ preliminary credential. I recently graduated from Grossmont College with my AA in Social & Behavioral Sciences as well as completing over 10 classes in child development. I currently substitute in the Santee School District, I work with younger and older children and also children with special needs. I ran a large home child care/preschool for 4 years and I was also a Teacher in a Head Start Center. I have my Child Development Teaching Permit through the San Diego Department of Education. My CPR/1st Aid are current. I have been fingerprinted and completed an extensive background check. I have two children of my own, my son is 8 years old and my daughter is 9. I truly enjoy being with children, caring for and teaching children. One of the best joys I get out of teaching, is seeing Read more the growth and development of each child, being a part of their little 'big' growing worlds.
