Meet Cristina

Hello! My name is Cristina. I'm 23 years old and started working as a nanny when I was 18, and technically have been babysitting since I was 13. I have worked with children between the ages of 1 month - 14 years old, have safe and reliable transportation, and don't mind doing housework/running errands. I'm also able to take/pick up kids from school, take them to any appointments, help with homework, and even tutor. I'm very active as well and love to be outdoors and play with the children. I always try to do my best to engage with them, whether that is reading, singing, talking, playing, or doing fun activities with them. If a more set schedule is required (meaning they already have a set daily routine) I would be able to help and make sure kids are on track, while doing what is needed and asked of me Read more by the parents. My most recent job involved me home schooling a 10-year-old boy with a learning disability, and it was something that I enjoyed very much. It was also a good and rewarding feeling knowing that I was able to help him with his education and to improve on subjects that were difficult for him. Right now, I am currently attending college and majoring in psychology. One of my goals in life is to get my degree in psychology and to work with children/preteens. My ideal future career would involve me teaching/helping/being a psychologist to children, including those with special needs. Being able to work with kids has always been something that I genuinely enjoy, as I've always been able to get along and connect with them. I always try to be more than just a nanny/babysitter to the children I am taking care of. I try to be someone they can look up to, trust, feel safe with, and also enjoy being around. If you're interested, feel free to message me. :-)
