Hi! My name is Matthis (pronounced like Matisse). I am currently looking for a full-time nanny position. I am available to start after June 6th. I'm happy to consider a part-time opportunity with the right family, if it's around 4-5x a week or for 4h+ a day. I have been a caretaker for over 15 years, with children ranging from newborns to 18 years of age. I was a summer camp counselor for 8 years, a children's tutor and violin teacher, as well as Karate teacher. I graduated from Henry. M. Gunn High School in Palo Alto, CA in June of 2012 and I graduated UC Davis as Communications major and double minor in Professional Writing and Creative Writing in 2016. I've traveled the world, living in Brazil and in Europe, speak 7 languages, love arts & crafts, dancing, museums, beach trips, you name it! I am aware of different types of parenting mannerisms, and will continue to be wary (bedtimes, TV hours, wording, etc). I am a very active and loving person, so whether it's taking them to the park with the dog, going to the zoo, playing soccer, arts and crafts, going grocery shopping- anything is fun!
