Hi there! My name is Samantha and I have been in the childcare field for seven years now. I love working with children, playing with animals, reading, creative writing and playing basketball. I have worked with children aged from 3 months old to 13 years old. I recently graduated from San Jose City College with an AA degree in Social and Behavioral Science. I begin my work towards my BA degree in Human Development with a minor in Child Development at Sonoma State University this August 2015. Afterwards I plan on going for a Master s Degree in Psychology to peruse my goal of being a Child Psychologist. I am moving to Sonoma County in Aug. 2015 and am looking for a family within 5-10 miles of Sonoma State University. (I live on campus) I just left my job in San Jose as a teachers assistant within a moderate to Read more severe autism preschool classroom ages 3-5. Before I started working in the school I had nannied with several families beforehand (about 4 years total) and also worked within a childcare center (6 years). An ideal match for me would be in this time frame: 9am-12 p.m. or 1pm, M-F . I have a pretty flexible schedule since my classes will be held in the evening.
