After 30 years working in the dental field I helped out a friend, caring for her newborn. And I loved it! I loved it when my own two sons were infants, and have loved the past twelve years of being a nanny just for infants. Usually I care for them until they transition to nursery school, or another care situation where there are other children. I work with one infant and prefer part time. My experience includes all aspects of infant care: Transitioning from breast to bottle(frozen breast milk) , breast milk to formula, introducing solids, and Infant Led Weaning. Different types of diapers . Swaddling, transitioning out of swaddling. Tummy time, floor play, reading, music and dancing, going for walks , silly play, exploring colors and sounds are some of the things we'll do. I am observant, loving, nurturing, safe and consistent .
