Hi, my name is Kristin and I'm an experienced nanny. I have 4 1/2 years experience of being a nanny and two years being a daycare child provider, taking care of children has always been my passion. Allowing children to grow, explore and learn is a rewarding experience that keeps me excited as I continue caring for children of all ages. In my recent past, I was a nanny for 3+ years and worked at a daycare also for 1+ year. Recently, I have been a nanny for one child for 6 months by the time I leave I will be his nanny for 8 months. I'm looking to start the Nanny job early September, I love children and enjoy their company immensely and find nothing is more rewarding than taking care of them. I believe in creating a positive, happy environment for children, one in which they feel protected Read more and can thrive. I have good organizational and communication skills, which I believe are among the most important skills for a nanny. This experience and the fact that I had three younger siblings to care and cook for have helped me develop exceptional child caring skills. My duties include making breakfast, lunch, and snack, while child or children are taking a nap I clean around the house and do children's laundry. Children want to be stimulated so I try to do different things each day, reading, playing games, finger painting, helping with letters sounds and numbers also. I will also keep a nanny notebook of what the child or children eat and what fun activities we do through out the day. Child care isn't just a job for me I will care and love the child as you would and give 110% everyday.
