Crystal is one of the best sitters we have ever encountered on this site. She is a very hardworking young lady. She deserves to get paid the highest rate possible. She cared for our oldest special needs son and taught him new words and played educational games with him. She is always on time and very professional.

Crystal is an AMAZING sitter. She has watched my 3 year old and 1 year old for over 5 months now and my family feels so lucky to have her. Crystal engages my children, finding creative and educational ways to interact with them. She is mindful of her role as an "educator" and consistently helps them with manners and age appropriate "lessons" (ABCs, counting, animals, etc.) in a playful way. When the children are sleeping Crystal helps with light housework and always leaves the house cleaner then when she arrived! We have recommended her to several friends and will continue to work with her as long as possible!

Crystal has occasionally watched our two year old twins over the last year, and I can't say enough good things about her! She is very reliable, always on time, and is a joy to have around. There have been times when I needed someone to help me at their swim lessons and she cheerfully got into the pool with one of them. The kids love her, and while she plays and reads to them, she also helps to teach them manners and to pick up after themselves. She is a great help as well - when they are napping or have gone to bed, she will take the initiative to pick up, do dishes and put them away, fold laundry - really anything I need help with around the house. She is very prompt at returning calls as well. I am so glad we found Crystal!
