Anel has been watching our 7 month old baby girl for the past several months. As my schedule is subject to change somewhat frequently, her flexibility and willingness to work with our family has been so appreciated. Anel is a young and energetic grandmother, she is always on time, if not early. She speaks in a gentle soothing voice, both in English and Spanish, to our baby which I think is so beneficial for her to hear. Our house is always tidy when we get home and she preps dinner for us as well while the baby naps. She keeps a calendar on her cell phone and is totally organized and tech savvy, something I appreciate as I can always reach her via text or email. She frequently updates me throughout my work day with pictures of my little baby which really helps me get through the long work day. In addition to that, she emails me nightly about what baby did for the day including meals/naps/diapers, something I never even had to ask for! Above all, I get a feeling that she really truly cares for our baby and enjoys spending time with her, which makes us feel so much better when we're away from her.
