Hi, my name's Cara, I have 10+ years experience working with children ranging from newborn to ten years old. I've worked in many different capacities such as; summer camps for Elk Grove parks & recreation, coaching soccer, children's fitness instructor with 'Palersize', and for the past year as a nanny for two wonderful children ages new born to a year and four to five. I've taken the Infant and child CPR & first aid class at SHARP and am CPR Certified. I am also in the process of getting my health coaching certification. In conjunction with taking care of your child's needs I am also happy to help with cooking and meal prep, some transportation, and light cleaning. I take pride in being able to connect with each child as a unique individual and tailor my approach based on their specific needs. I look forward to hearing form you!
