I have been married 26 years and have raised 3 children who are successfully entering their adult years. My boys serve in the Navy and my daughter is a caregiver herself. My husband and I have great relationships with them and are enjoying this stage. Being a mom was my main focus as my children were growing. And I loved caring for them. Although I do not have formal training as a caregiver, I believe my experience as a mom would benefit not only the child I care for, but the parents as well. I would be happy to answer any questions you may have as I understand this is an important decision for your family.
