Throughout the past 14 year I have been a babysitter to many different families. I am currently building a side business in the health and wellness industry and would like to spend my time as a nanny. I have always wanted to have enough time freedom to be a nanny, but was unable in the past. If you asked people that know me what my qualities are, I am certain they would tell you I am full of energy and integrity, I have a big heart, I am a positive influence and I am reliable, loving and kind. I am the oldest of three siblings and I have been working with children in various capacities since I was 14 years old. It began at the City of Novato's Parks and Recreation Department coaching basketball, refereeing sports, teaching gymnastics and ultimately became a summer sports camp coordinator for 50 children. I Read more received my undergraduate degree in Recreation, Parks and Tourism from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2011. In 2013 I worked as a Group Counselor at a group home for boys struggling with deep emotional disturbance that resulted from severe parental abuse, until I moved to San Diego. I completed the Alcohol and Other Drug Studies program at San Diego City College and became Substance Abuse Counselor at an outpatient women's facility. At this facility, I worked closely with the children daily, spending quality time in childcare with them. Recently, I returned from an expedition in Guatemala where I spent a great deal of time not only engaging in humanitarian work, but interacting with the children, even though we couldn't communicate through words. I hope I get the opportunity to meet you!
