Hello! My name is Chelsea and I am 23 years old. I studied Business at Cal Poly - San Luis Obispo and moved to San Francisco in June 2014. I just moved back into the city in May from Burlingame where I was a live-in nanny for 9 months. I took care of twin girls who are 25 months for 25 hrs/week. It was an incredible experience and I became quite attached to the girls, however I am interning part time and need to be in the city. I'm more than happy to provide the family's contact info as a reference, as well as families I currently babysit for in the city on a regular basis. Unfortunately I do not have a car but I do have a clean driving record and valid license! I would commute in/out of the city almost everyday so I have mastered the public transportation. Read more I have quite a lot of experience with children, as I have been a full time nanny for now 3 different families and have been babysitting since I was about 14. I was a nanny for a family with a 7yr old boy and 5yr old girl in San Luis Obispo on the side of going to school and also nannied for a 4-year-old girl 60hrs a week. I am also the oldest of 13 cousins! For 2 consecutive summers I taught fine and performing arts to children aged 4-14 (including acting, dancing, singing, and music). I helped take care of my Aunts twins in the first year of their life, and have also babysat for babies as young as 8 weeks so I have experience with infants as well:) I absolutely love kids and because I have spent so much time with them, I feel very comfortable working for a family looking for the best care for their little ones. I am very active and healthy, I am not vegetarian but I eat mostly organic and or/natural foods, and I love spending time outdoors hiking, swimming, exploring, as well as indoors reading, cooking, and doing arts and crafts like drawing, painting, and anything creative.
