We've had Lila as a part-time nanny since last year two days a week. She picks up our boys from school, plays with them, prepares a nice dinner and keeps the house tidy. If not for the fact that she is looking for more work you would not have the opportunity to hire her. Also, she is very professional in giving us several weeks to find a replacement!!!
