I've been a regular babysitter and mothers-helper since I was in my early teens, and caring for children has provided me with valuable life skills and lasting friendships. I recently moved to San Francisco from Seattle to attend college, and was sad to leave many wonderful families behind who I had formed strong work and personal relationships with. Now that I'm living in San Francisco, I'm hoping to connect with new families, and do the work that I enjoy so much. My experience: I have extensive experience caring for children between the ages of two and 12. I've worked with both multiple siblings (up to three) and only children. I am comfortable planning and facilitating play-dates and outings, according to the family's interests. I am happy to help with learning games, reading aloud, and homework for all elementary grade levels. As a childcare provider, the thing that brings me the Read more most joy is connecting with kids and playing, creating, and having fun alongside them. I want to get to know each child I work with, and make them feel valued as a unique individual. I believe in respectful conflict resolution and mutual respect between caregivers and children. Above all, I want to provide families with enjoyable time for both parents and kids! If i sound like a good fit for your family, I would love to get in touch.
