Corina was engaged to take care of my five month old daughter one morning but did not come. We thought we had hired her for a long term part time position, and had discussed hours and rates and reporting and such. We thought everything was settled, and my older daughter was looking forward to seeing Corina again. I asked Corina to let me know if she had any concerns about the position. The next I heard from her was a text- the same morning we expected her- saying that she needed more hours and wasn't coming. I would have been happy to offer her some more hours if she hadn't flaked on caring for my youngest.
