Alana worked with our family for a little less than a year, starting with us when I returned to work after maternity leave when my son was just 3 months old. As any mother knows, trusting someone with your baby is not something that comes easily, but Alana made my transition back to work (and every day after that!) so much easier because of her loving, caring, and dedicated approach with my son and her open and clear communication with me. Alana is very energetic and enthusiastic, and was creative in making days with my son enjoyable for them both. I always loved having Alana around and had complete confidence that my son was in good hands every time I left the house. In addition to that, my son would beam at her when she walked into the house every morning, which to me says it all! I would highly recommend Alana as a nanny/sitter, and would be happy to answer any questions for anyone who is considering hiring her for a position!
