In the past 7 years, I have worked in 2 child care centers, as a children's swim instructor, as well as a babysitter/nanny. In child care, I worked with ages 2 months - 13 years old. During my time as a swim instructor, I taught lessons to ages 6 months to teenagers. During the past two years, I worked as a full-time nanny for a family with two children, whom are now 3 and 6 years old. I worked with them for 1.5 years until they moved to Singapore on December 24, 2013. I am still in touch with the family and parents are listed under my references. For the past 3 months, I worked part-time for a 4-month-old baby boy. I was hired just temporarily until the mother could find work and enroll the baby into a full-time day care. I love working with the little ones. I find Read more their energy to be motivating and their improvement rewarding. I also enjoy working with older kids and introducing them to a variety of sports and activities since I grew up very active. I am also a college student with the hopes of making a career as a Nurse Practitioner with a minor degree in psychology.
