Hello and thank you for viewing my posting! I am a caring and enthusiastic nanny/babysitter with over 18 years of experience with children ranging from infants to preteens. My most recent babysitting has been for two different families part-time. I live in Modesto, work full time, however, im available after 5pm M-F and all day weekends. I know that when you look through this site, there are hundreds of babysitters to choose from, but I also know that the most important thing for you as parents is your child's safety, and I am definitely able to provide that. I am CPR and 1st aid certified, Clean driving record, background and fully capable of handling emergencies that may come up.

Joelma is very warm and caring with my 4 month old baby. She learned our household routine quickly, and she is great at swaddling him and putting him down for a nap--he even seems to sleep better when she puts him down than when we parents do it! Joelma also plays with and reads to my baby. She is dependable and well-organized, always on time or early. I very much recommend her.

Joelma has been watching my 17-month-old son several afternoons a week since April. She's a delight to work with, and my son really enjoys his time with her (he runs to the door when he sees her drive up). She is very dependable (always on time if not early) and I have complete confidence in her and the safety of my son when he's with her (she frequently takes my son to a nearby park to play). I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Joelma sat for me while my husband was on a business trip. I was very pleased with how affectionate and patient she was with my two girls. My oldest is rather bossy and Joelma took it all in stride. I also really liked how well she played with them and stayed involved in all the games whether it was building a house out of blocks, dress up pretend play, reading stories, or splashing in the wading pool out back. I felt confident that my girls were in good hands with Joelma and I will certainly invite her back to care for them both in the future!
