I currently live in Portland & moved up from the bay area about 6 years ago. I've been a babysittter since I was about 13 years old, when I began babysitting for families that I know, and also at a local meeting where I took care of a group of kids. After graduating high school I moved to France for one year where I was an au pair. I took care of four kids in France- ages 4 to 16. I was also a nanny for two families in Brooklyn, both with young daughters (ages 8 months - 3 years). I worked for those families for about two years. After moving from NYC to the bay area, I took care of a baby boy for about a year (he was 5 months old when I began). Since moving to Portland, I was a nanny for a family with one daughter Read more for about 4 years. A couple years ago I started a job as an office manager for an IT company, and although I love it I definitely miss working with children so I'm currently looking for some part time work! I'm very laid back - I enjoy being outdoors, reading books and making art. I have a cat, and I love animals . I'm fluent in English and conversational in French.
