Hi! My name is Nielah and I was born and raised in Sonoma County, and have recently moved back as I've been living and going to school in Los Angeles for the past two years. I'm very passionate about art and design and I love to paint, draw and do photography. I'm also very health conscious and active and enjoy yoga and hiking. I adore children and believe they're a positive influence on my life, and I do my best to be the same for them and aide them in their emotional and educational growth. Before moving back up here I spent about 6 months caring for an employer/friend's 6-year-old daughter. He worked frequently and I handled a lot of her care. I packed lunches, put her to bed, took her to and from school, organized play dates, planned activities, helped with homework, bath time, and slept over for as Read more many days were needed while he was on business trips. Some of my closest friends have children also, and I have developed great relationships with them too. I also offered child care to them whenever needed. Not as a job though, but because I love them and their children and enjoy spending time with both. I will actually be returning in June to LA for the birth of my friend's second child, and helping look after her son who is an amazing 10-year-old that is like a little brother to me. All in all I'm hoping to find a babysitting or nannying job as I find working with children not just a job but a wonderful and enriching way to spend my time. I love to play games and craft since my hobbies are painting and making jewelry. I also love yoga, and would frequently do kids yoga with the last child I nannied for. Please feel free to message me and we can discuss whether I would be a good fit for your family! I also will gladly give you reference information upon request.
