Hello. My name is Rachael and I am 30 years old. I graduated with my associates in Early Childhood Education last spring. I've been a preschool teacher a total of 7 years and a nanny for a total of 4 years. I am a proud mother of 2 beautiful children. I am also CPR/Aide certified and live scanned. I love children and I'm very passionate about my philosophy in Early Education. Most of my philosophy is Reggio inspired, where learning is child directed and children should be encouraged to explore. I am also very loving and caring and always have 'mom' and 'teacher' mode on. Meaning, I will never forget a jacket when it's cold and will take every opportunity to teach.
