My name is Mesha. I'm 33 years old. I have about 13 years of child care experiience. I have experience working in centers, mostly Montessori, with infants to preschool. Over the years, I have developed very special bonds with several families. I decided about 9 years ago that I wanted to work one on one with children in a more home based environment; so that I could give them more attention and proper care. That is how I became a Nanny! I am comfortable working with pretty much any age group because I have been around plenty of children of all ages. I grew up in a family home day care with close relatives and kids of different ages and races, so I love and accept any child I encounter. Most of my experience is with infants as young as 2 months. Through the years that I've worked as a Read more nanny, I've learned how to observe a child. I pay very close attention to their needs as an individual. I also try to bring out their personality and make them feel comfortable. I'm here to nurture, support, and be of guidance your child. Also; I'm here to help keep them feeling happy and healthy. I feel that is my job as a Nanny. I'm searching for a family who can trust me to care for their child allow me to be myself! I want them to be comfortable around me and visa versa. I'd like for their child to recognize me as their friend, care taker, and role model.
