I absolutely love and adore kids (and pets if you have them)! :) I've been working with kids in various settings for over 10 years. I started off as an assistant cheer coach for a non profit middle school league. After doing that for about 3 years, I began babysitting my neighbors kids which included picking them up from school, taking them to swim practice, making them dinner, helping with homework, and watching them until their mom came home from work. When I got to college, I became a substitute teacher for all grades k-12. After graduating, I nannied a 1 year old. I fed her, changed her diapers, put her down for naps, and took her on walks/to the park. I taught her how to hold a bottle on her own as well as take her first steps. In between all of these jobs, I was a camp counselor Read more for a few summers as well as babysat my little cousins from time to time. As you can see, I have many years of experience with kids of all ages and different tasks and I've enjoyed every minute of it! I take my role very seriously and believe in leading by example. I think having success with kids comes from being positive, encouraging, energetic, safe, and fun. I'd love to be a role model for your kids :)
