I have been caring for children and working with families for over 20 years. Young people are my heroes and are with whom I most enjoy working in life. Sheera has taken care of our daughter (15 mo) twice now. She is punctual, responsible, and always has a smile on her face. She was very attentive to our daughter and did a great job of following her schedule. Sheera also left us a "diary" of Scarlett's day which included what time she woke up, what she ate and what time, when she had a diaper and what time, when she napped and what time etc. This is so helpful when the little ones aren't talking yet! Whenever we get home Sheera is on the floor playing with toys and very interactive. We highly recommend her!
