Hi! My name is Briana Lacuesta, I am 24 years old and have a BS in Health Communication from SDSU. I currently am looking for a nanny position for quite a while because I am going back to school to get my Master's! I love kids, my mom was a Preschool Director for most of my life, which means I grew up helping her and the staff with the kids. I am fun, entertaining, active, and think kids should be outdoors as much as possible! I can homework help in all areas and have a clean driving record!
I look forward to hearing from you.

Inconsiderate; no-call, no-show after a lot of communication
We exchanged 10 emails with Briana as well as many, many texts. During the course of communicating, there were long lapses of time, such as 2 days to confirm a meeting time, which was an ominous sign of things to come. We set up a time to meet (which unto itself was difficult due to her limited availability) according to her schedule. An hour and 15 minutes before the meeting, Briana asked to move the meeting out by a half hour, I agreed. An hour before the new meeting time, she canceled.
Briana sent another text message a day later saying she was able to meet (again). We agreed on Sunday at 9:30A, Briana confirmed the day before she would make the appointment. I asked that if anything changed to please let me know.
The appointment time came and went and no Briana. She did not communicate that she would not be able to make our appointment. I sent a text and received no reply; I called and left a voicemail on her cell phone with no response whatsoever.
To add insult to injury, Briana logged onto Sittercity the day after failing to live up to her confirmed appointment; so she was able to access the internet to look for other nanny/babysitting jobs, but does not have the courtesy to let you know she won’t follow through on her commitment.
Briana certainly disappointed us by not having the good manners to cancel our appointment; this is especially difficult when you alter your schedule to accommodate her visit. Her actions showed a lack of responsibility, lack of accountability and her inconsiderate behavior.
