Hello, My name is Tanya, I am 22 years old and very interested in your job posting. I have always been an animal lover and caretaker enthusiast that has owned several cats and dogs of various sizes throughout my life, and I am looking for a full time and/or part time position starting in June. I'm a middle child in a large family of five biologically related children, so I've grown up with and learned to really bond and relate with different people of various ages. I regularly tutor and mentor middle school and elementary school age children while at school, but I currently live in Sunnyvale for the summer and school breaks. I went to college on the east coast at Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, NY where I study a mixture of psychology, sociology, and Latin American Cultural studies. I graduated this fall, and now look forward to starting Read more my graduate degree at CSUN in the fall. I'll be starting their Masters of Social Work program. I speak English and Spanish fluently and understand French and a tad of Russian since learning languages has always been a hobby of mine. I am CPR certified, a non-smoker as well as have a clean driving record. I am also a cat owner who is living with her parents who own a very grumpy terrier, so I welcome the chance to get to know and love your companion animals too. I’d be happy to meet or chat on the phone. As for my free time, I spend a lot of time reading, creative writing, babysitting my 9 year old niece, babysitting/nannying other children, practicing ballet with her, making up new and creative ways to eat healthier and exercise, or eating more ice cream than I probably should. With that said, I'm looking forward to hearing from you, and I wish you the best of luck with your search!
