My name is Tracy Ball and I am the 2nd oldest of three sisters and the 2nd okdest of 12+ grandkids. I've always wanted to work with babies/children by one day opening up my own daycare center. I have 3 Units from PCC. Even though my schooling is little my experience is 20+ years. I've been a nanny on and off with odd jobs in between. My job now I am a nanny for 3 little boys that are brothers. Ages 6, 4 and 3. I have been with the Rogers Family for 6 years since the oldest was 5 months old. What my job consists of is getting them up, fed, dressed, off to school, picked up from school, make sure homework is done, snack time, play time I.e.
