Hi, I'm Victoria! I basically have a lifetime of childcare experience. I come from a family of 5 children, whom my mother home schooled. From a young age I have cared for my younger siblings, as well as babysat ever since I was 13 years old. I have helped out families from my church as well as friends of my parents, doing everything from changing diapers to tutoring high schoolers! I am very comfortable with children of all ages, from newborns to teenagers. I have experience as a summer day camp counselor in Agoura Hills, at Camp Kinneret! I worked for a little over 2 years with a family of 5 in Irvine, CA. The children are 7yo twins, and a 9yo boy with Downs Syndrome. This opportunity was amazing, as it gave me the chance to work with a special needs child! I loved working with that family but Read more my husband and I moved to the Pasadena area so I must find a new position. I currently work for LA City part time as well as part time nannying an eight month old baby! My current availability is Tuesdays and occasional weekends. I consider myself an excellent role model for kids of all ages! While TV is fun, I'm the kind of nanny who loves hands-on learning and interaction, whether it's singing, working on puzzles, or playing tag! I enjoy teaching, from helping with homework to learning new recipes together! Some of my favorite moments with the kids have been learning how to squeeze orange juice and make brownies, and watching them grow in confidence in their swim class! I am CPR and First Aid certified, and I have my own reliable transportation and insurance. I am also a HUGE pet lover, so taking care of any pets on the side would be fantastic! I am so excited to meet you and your family, and find the perfect fit!
