Hello parents! I'm a very experienced, loving and mature nanny/sitter. My husband and I live in Vallejo, I drive and have a vehicle. I started sitting for families as a young teen, worked at two small daycares, and then spent the rest of my life either as a full time nanny or part time sitter for many families here in the bay area. I took a break from working with kids at the start of the pandemic, and spent some time helping to stage homes which were for sale. It's time to get back to what I know and love, spending time helping children learn and grow! I absolutely love kids of all ages, and have had the privilege of caring for many children ranging in age from newborn to teen, and also ranging in ability from typical to differently abled, and also helped my three sisters bring up some Read more of my awesome nephews and nieces! My experience includes preparing and feeding nutritious meals and snacks, preparing/feeding bottles, assisting in infant/child motor skills and language development, and engaging in an array of fun and educational, age appropriate activities in and outside the family's home, including cleaning up our messes as we go. I've also assisted in potty training. Music, reading, pretend play, art and nature just a few of my favorite things to enjoy with my small friends, and getting outside is a daily must, weather permitting. I love walking, but will also drive short distances with the kids to parks or activities, if needed. I'm fully engaged. I'm not spending time on my phone or using screens as entertainment for your kids! I'm currently looking to work with families with one or two kids, infant to preschooler at the time of our start. I'm available weekdays, either all five weekdays, or a partial week are both fine, and generally between the hours of 8 am to 4:30 pm, with some flexibility. I'm also available on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month, with the same time frame. My rate depends on my vehicle use, and duties. I have taken CPR classes, but am not current.
