For the last year, I have been a toddler teacher at Little Lights Childcare Center for ages 12 months to 2 and a half. It has been the most rewarding job caring for eight little, loving toddlers. We did artwork, danced, read, and played outside. I saw some children take their first steps, say their first words, and get potty trained inside of our classroom. I had to leave due to the fact that I am moving from Virginia to California, but all of the families of the children I cared for still send me pictures and keep in touch. Every child I work with becomes part of my family, and that will include children I nanny for. I've also been heavily involved in leading my youth group at church for middle school and high schoolers. I've lead small groups, preached, and lead worship. Outside of work, I am a Read more lover of Christ. I love the outdoors and do a lot of hiking and camping. I spend a majority of my time singing, reading, writing, painting or dancing. I love to engage in creative activities. I love learning as well as teaching and aspire to be a teacher one day in the future. I also love adventures and traveling and have a passion for the world around me. I have a heart for children and seeing them grow to their full potential. I hope my life can leave an impact on those around me and on the world.
