As far back as I can remember, I've loved children. I love their playful spirits and honest personalities. While I have spent most of my working years working in finance out in Greenwich, CT, I started off acting in high school and college. I have found that acting as a hobby has kept my inner child alive which has been helpful with the young ones. Needless to say, I have a big imagination and can play a great game of Cowboys and Indians! During my years living on the the East Coast, I have babysat for numerous families of all sizes and ages ( ranging from newborns to 10 year olds; 1+ kids). I enjoyed my experiences so much that I would love to continue when I move back to CA. A bit about myself: I am very active. I enjoy all outdoor activities including but not limited to hiking, Read more biking, walking, water sports and tennis. I could spend my life on the beach. I read extensively and enjoy trips to museums. I am an advocate of healthy eating, and maintaining ones mental health by daily meditation and yoga. It would be completely unfair to call myself a yogi (I'm not) but I do enjoy it! I have a fun loving, relatively carefree Californian personality, yet I am disciplined. I am comfortable with light cleaning, doing laundry, cooking (I can do the basics, but I am no chef, unfortunately!), baking (I love to bake), running errands, taking the kids to the museum, zoo, appointments, etc. Please note that I am happy to discuss any additional needs. *Please note that I am currently on the East Coast and will not be available to start until August 1st.
